Please ensure all required information and supporting documents are included with your application. We are sorry that any incomplete applications may not be considered.
All applications must include:
- A current letter of justification/referral from a medical/ social/ educational professional/ consulting team member who provides for/states the need for the tutoring request and how the request will support academic success. Please have the referral letter include as much information as possible regarding the child's condition.
-A proof of exhausted government funding or a current Notice of Assessment (NOA) from Revenue Canada for each household contributor that shows net income (line 23600) or Canada child benefit (CCB) statement that shows net family net income.
The TUEX Foundation does not pay for assessments, report writing or travel time.Once you have completed the application and have all necessary supporting documents, please submit everything TOGETHER by xxxxxx.
Please keep copies of all documents for your records. We are unable to return documents.All applications are reviewed independently. Please note our current processing time is approximately 12 weeks from receipt.
While the TUEX Foundation aims to support as many families in need as possible, we cannot guarantee the TUEX tutoring funding for every application.
